Responsibilities:
• Make inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and promote company products and services.
• Contact existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase services.
• Cross sell and up sell using company provided sales scripts.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and manage objections or rejections.
• Record accurate details of customer interactions, call logs, and purchase orders.
• Maintain updated records of all calls made and received.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
• Work efficiently in a fast paced, high pressure, target driven environment.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
