Sales Representative Required
Company: ATLAS (Yacht Charter Marketplace)
ATLAS is a new UAE yacht charter marketplace preparing for launch. This role is based in Dubai, where most of our partner yacht companies operate; ATLAS is headquartered in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Representative to grow both sides of our platform - the yacht companies who list with us and the customers who book with us - working directly with clients and the founders.
Job Responsibilities:
* Visit yacht charter companies and marinas across Dubai to present ATLAS and sign them up as listing partners.
* Build long-term relationships with charter operators and get their yachts live on the platform.
* Promote ATLAS to potential customers - companies, event planners, hotel concierges, and tourism partners - to generate charter bookings.
* Follow up on customer inquiries and help convert them into confirmed bookings.
* Collect required company documents and coordinate with our operations team for verification.
* Meet signup and booking targets, and share market feedback through simple sales reports.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in field sales or business development is preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills; English required, Arabic is a strong advantage.
* Knowledge of the UAE market; marine, tourism, or hospitality background is a plus.
* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
* Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
