Outdoor Sales Executive

Location: Sharjah, UAE (Field-Based)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and confident Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and achieving sales targets, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit customers and businesses daily to generate new sales.
* Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Present products and services professionally.
* Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
* Negotiate and close sales deals.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
* Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
* Coordinate with the office team to ensure excellent customer service.
* Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities.

Requirements

* Energetic, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Passion for sales and customer service.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
* Previous outdoor sales experience is an advantage, but motivated fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone apps.
