Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Customer Care & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our existing clientele, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while actively identifying new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

Business Development: Actively identify and convert new sales opportunities to expand our market presence.

Account Management: Manage the full sales cycle, including follow-up on collections and account documentation.

Product Promotion: Introduce new product lines and solutions to existing and prospective clients.

CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our company CRM to track interactions and sales progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the B2B or hygiene/sanitation industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage collections and maintain professional client relationships.
