Today, Cantata operates a network of more than 450 stores worldwide and is represented in Russia, Belgium, France, Latvia, the UAE, Armenia, and Cyprus.
For over 26 years, we have been dedicated to sourcing and selling high-quality tea and coffee. We work with our own production facilities and long-term partners in Belgium, China, Russia, and Germany.
Our stores offer guests more than 200 varieties of tea and over 150 varieties of coffee beans from around the world. However, our greatest strength is not only our products but also the exceptional service we provide. We are currently looking for a passionate and energetic Tea & Coffee Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Consult guests on tea, coffee, gifts, and related products
* Prepare hot and cold beverages
* Operate POS and process customer transactions
* Participate in stock counts and inventory activities
* Organize and replenish product displays
* Assist with product ordering and stock management
* Continuously learn about tea, coffee, and company products
* Participate in internal training and professional development programs
* Maintain cleanliness and high service standards in the store
Candidate Requirements
* Female candidates only
* Confident English communication skills
* Passion for working with people and providing excellent customer service
* Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
* Desire to learn and develop professionally
* Ambition to grow within the company and build a long-term career
* Interest in tea, coffee, and premium products is an advantage
