Automotive Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Working Schedule: 6-day workweek | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Automotive Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a proactive closer with a passion for the automotive industry, exceptional client relationship management skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted automotive consultant, actively listening to clients to assess their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle.
* Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, articulating features, specifications, and benefits with clarity and enthusiasm.
* Skillfully negotiate and close sales while maintaining target profit margins and ensuring a premium customer experience.
* Present tailored financing options, insurance products, and after-sales service packages.
* Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of leads through proactive follow-ups, networking, and CRM management.
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Language: Bilingual proficiency in both English and Russian is strictly required.
* Experience: Proven track record in automotive sales and customer service (experience in the UAE market is highly preferred).
* Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive market, current industry trends, and vehicle specifications.
* Attributes: Impeccable professional presentation, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
