we are looking for
Position 1: Sales Manager
Main Responsibilities:
1）Conduct in-depth analysis of the Dubai jewelry market, develop targeted sales strategies and business expansion plans based on research results, and clarify market positioning and target customer groups.
2）Manage 2 sales executives, set reasonable sales targets, motivate the team to achieve goals, conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance.
3）Actively develop new customers and maintain relationships with key existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
4）Provide product optimization suggestions based on local trends, plan various jewelry promotion activities and exhibitions, coordinate resources to ensure smooth implementation, and enhance brand awareness and sales volume.
Analyze sales data, monitor market dynamics, coordinate affairs between headquarters and Dubai operations, and ensure efficient operation.

Salary: 17000 aed monhely
Position 2: Sales Executive
Main Responsibilities:
1）Master basic sales skills, introduce product advantages to attract customers and improve sales success rate, including customer demand analysis, product recommendation, objection handling, closing transactions and following up on payment collection.
2）Have a strong goal-oriented mindset, be able to break down personal targets and formulate detailed work plans according to sales tasks assigned by supervisors.
3）Provide attentive after-sales service, including product maintenance guidance, repair assistance, and collect customer feedback to enhance customer loyalty.
4）Pay attention to changes in the Dubai jewelry market, collect competitor information and customer demand trends, and report to supervisors in a timely manner to provide references for the company’s strategy adjustment.
