About the Brand: We are a growing jewelry brand with a presence in select retail stores and pop-up events. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused individual to support our day-to-day operations, sales, and client engagement.

Role Overview: We are seeking a polished, highly organized, and client-focused individual to support the brand’s daily operations while delivering a seamless and elevated customer journey across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee inventory management across retail locations with precision and discretion
* Coordinate logistics, including product deliveries, restocking, and order fulfillment
* Manage client communication across digital platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) with a refined and brand-aligned tone
* Support sales activities during exclusive events, exhibitions, and pop-ups
* Maintain detailed and accurate reporting using Microsoft Excel
* Assist in processing and packaging online orders with attention to detail and brand standards
* Liaise with retail partners to ensure optimal product presentation and availability
Additional Responsibilities:
* Monitor stock levels and prepare insightful inventory reports
* Support social media engagement and content coordination in line with brand identity
* Assist in event preparation, including product handling, setup, and coordination
* Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high-touch, personalized experience
* Support visual merchandising to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and luxury positioning
* Assist with basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping and record-keeping.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset
* Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or fashion is highly preferred
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* UAE driving license (required)
