Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business through field sales and cold calling • Visit potential clients to present and promote service offerings • Build a strong sales pipeline by prospecting and lead generation • Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close deals • Maintain and develop long-term client relationships • Achieve assigned sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
Requirements: • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or cold calling • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Confident in approaching new clients and generating leads independently • Target-oriented with a self-motivated attitude • Ability to manage time and work in a fast-paced environment • Basic knowledge of digital or service-based offerings is an advantage
