Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Russian Sales Executive to handle retail and wholesale sales of diamonds and fine jewellery. The role involves serving Russian-speaking retail customers as well as managing B2B wholesale clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth in luxury jewellery markets.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales Responsibilities:
1.Assist Russian-speaking walk-in and VIP customers in selecting diamonds and jewellery
2.Provide expert advice on diamond quality (4Cs), certification, and jewellery designs
3.Deliver a high-end luxury shopping experience and close retail sales
4.Handle billing, order confirmations, and after-sales service
Wholesale Sales Responsibilities:
1.Develop and manage relationships with Russian-speaking wholesalers, dealers, and retailers
2.Promote and sell loose diamonds and finished jewellery in bulk quantities
3.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
4.Prepare quotations, invoices, and export documentation where required
General Responsibilities:
1.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for retail and wholesale segments
2.Identify new business opportunities in Russian-speaking markets
3.Coordinate with production, inventory, logistics, and finance teams
4.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
5.Maintain accurate sales records and market intelligence reports
6.Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical trade standards
Requirements & Qualifications
1.Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory)
2.Proven experience in diamonds and jewellery sales (retail and/or wholesale)
3.Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, jewellery designs, and certifications
4.Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
5.Ability to handle high-value clients with professionalism and discretion
6.Willingness to travel as required
