Sales Representative – Cakes & Events
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Role Overview : We are looking for a practical, motivated salesperson to help generate cake and dessert orders for weddings, events and corporate occasions. This is a hands-on sales role reporting directly to the owner, with no team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential customers, including event planners, wedding organizers, venues and corporate clients.
* Introduce cakes and desserts through calls, messages and client visits when required.
* Follow up on enquiries and quotations to secure confirmed orders.
* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the bakery team on availability, pricing and delivery.
* Use approved prices and obtain the owner’s approval for discounts or special arrangements.
* Maintain simple records of contacts, enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed orders.
* Build repeat business and work towards agreed, realistic sales targets.

Candidate Profile
* Previous hands-on sales experience in cakes, bakery products, catering or event-related services.
* Relevant UAE market knowledge; existing professional relationships with potential clients or referral partners are an advantage.
* Good communication, organization and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable contacting new clients and asking for the sale.
* Able to work within the bakery’s pricing and production capabilities.
* Senior management experience is not required.

Compensation
Company car provided.
Salary (6K-10K) A fixed salary within the agreed hiring budget. Any sales incentive will be discussed separately and linked to clear, agreed results.
