Travel Desk Sales Executive
Location: 5-star hotel, Dubai
Employment type: Full-time, on-site
Compensation: Salary plus commission
We are seeking an experienced Travel Desk Sales Executive to join our team at a 5-star hotel in Dubai. The successful candidate will promote and sell leisure activities across the UAE, deliver excellent customer service, and build business with hotel guests and existing customers.
Responsibilities
-Meet and exceed sales targets.
-Generate business from new and existing customer accounts.
-Approach hotel guests professionally and promote activities to maximize sales.
-Stay up to date with tourism trends and leisure activities in the UAE.
-Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
-Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
-Maintain strong organization and attention to detail.
Requirements:
-2–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a similar travel desk role in the UAE is a must.
-Previous experience in sales or customer service.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of the tourism industry and leisure activities in the UAE.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- if the Applicants is Pakistani nationals he/she should hold their valid own UAE visa.
