Business Development Executive — Partnerships
Tax Falcon | UAE | Field-based, multi-emirate
Tax Falcon is an FTA-registered Tax Agent firm (TAAN 20056800) specialising in UAE Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing. We need someone who opens doors for a living and has done it for years.
The role, plainly
Get Tax Falcon in front of free zone authorities and corporate service providers and independent auditors, consultants across the UAE — by phone, by email, and by walking in. Present our case, build the relationship, and hand the meeting to our technical team.
Cold call free zones, CSPs, formation agents, audit and accounting firms
Email and follow up relentlessly until you get a meeting
Field visits across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Abu Dhabi — including walk-ins
Attend free zone partner events, chamber and business council networking
Build a partner pipeline and keep a simple weekly activity report
You are not expected to know tax. You are expected to get the meeting.
Who we're looking for
Years of experience doing exactly this in the UAE — cold calling, door knocking, field BD, partnership building
Confident, well presented, and completely comfortable walking into an office without an appointment
Thick skinned. You will hear no far more often than yes, and it won't slow you down
Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu an advantage
Existing contacts in free zones, CSPs or the formation industry are a big plus
Non-negotiable
Own visa — spouse, freelance, investor or transferable. We do not sponsor for this role
Own car and valid UAE driving licence — the role does not work without both
Package
AED 3,000 fixed monthly, plus uncapped commission on every partnership and client signed. Fuel and meeting expenses reimbursed.
