Job Overview Pioneer Plastic Factory LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesman to join our sales team. The role involves promoting and selling our extensive range of poly bags, shopping bags, garbage bags, laundry bags, and customized biodegradable packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will handle B2B client acquisition, maintain current dealer relations, and expand our market reach across the UAE and export markets.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new sales prospects, B2B clients, wholesalers, and retail distributors for our plastic products.
Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell custom and stock plastic products (LDPE/HDPE bags, garbage rolls, printed carry bags) using solid arguments to prospective clients. Order Processing & Customization: Coordinate customer specifications for specialized sizing, thickness (microns), and customized printing requirements directly with factory production.
Relationship Management: Maintain positive, long-term business relationships with existing clients and follow up on routine orders.
Market Monitoring: Gather feedback, track competitor pricing, and report on regional packaging trends and customer needs.
Sales Reporting: Submit daily/weekly call reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the plastic manufacturing, flexible packaging, or disposable goods industries in the UAE.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with polyethylene films, biodegradable materials, and gauge/micron specifications is a strong advantage. Licensing: Valid UAE driving license is preferred for field visits and client meetings across emirates.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English
Education: High school degree or diploma; a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
