Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Position: Sales Executive – Cleaning & Pest Control Services
Experience: 1–3 Years
PPJ Solutions General Maintenance is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Cleaning and Pest Control industry to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities for Cleaning & Pest Control services
• Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand service requirements
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
• Handle sales negotiations and successfully close deals
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, referrals, networking, and other sales activities
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to develop repeat business
• Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE
• Experience in Cleaning, Pest Control, Facility Management, or related service industries is preferred
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities into business
• Target-oriented and capable of working independently
• Good command of English
• UAE driving licence will be an advantage
