Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new client leads and build a strong customer pipeline.
* Promote our UAE-regulated financial trading platform to prospective clients.
* Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable financial market solutions.
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (financial services, forex, CFDs, investments, banking, or related industries preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Excellent customer relationship management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Language Requirements
*English – Required
*Hindi/Urdu, Sinhala, Malayalam, Tamil – Preferred
*Arabic – Preferred (An advantage)
