Commission-Only Opportunity with Fast-Track to Permanent Employment

We're looking for a confident and driven Business Development Specialist who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, generate new business, and close deals.

This role is ideal for someone with some previous sales experience who wants unlimited earning potential and a clear pathway into a permanent Account Manager position here at Privileged Enterprises.

You'll be selling professional services to businesses across the UAE and EMEA markets on behalf of Privileged Enterprises.

What You'll Be Selling (What does PRIV do?)

• Business Consultancy Services
• Grow – Marketing Services
• Web Design & App Development
• Business CRM Solution (AED 500/month)
• Company Formation & Business Setup Services

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Make cold calls and follow up with potential clients.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings.
• Work alongside our Account Managers to help close deals.
• Keep CRM records up to date.
• Build a portfolio of recurring clients.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position for the initial 90-day period.

• Earn 30% commission on all revenue you generate.
• Commission is paid on every sale across all company services.
• There is no earning cap.

90-Day Promotion Plan

Your objective during the first 90 days is to secure five recurring Business Consultancy clients.

These five recurring consultancy clients are the requirement to move into a permanent role.

Please note:

• Web Design, App Development, CRM, Marketing Services and Company Formation sales all earn commission.
• However, only recurring Business Consultancy clients count towards the five-client promotion target.

Career Progression

Once you've secured five recurring Business Consultancy clients, you'll automatically transition into a full-time permanent Account Manager position.

As an Account Manager, you'll manage the clients you've brought into the business while continuing to grow those accounts.

Our current EMEA Account Managers earn an average salary of AED 14,000 per month, plus commission.

Requirements

• Previous sales or business development experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident making outbound calls.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable working independently.

Arabic is an advantage but is not required.
