**Job Title:** Telecaller – Gaming Industry
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to connect with potential and existing customers, promote our gaming products and services, answer inquiries, and help increase user engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Explain gaming products, offers, tournaments, and promotions.
* Assist customers with account registration and basic troubleshooting.
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
* Follow up with customers to improve engagement and retention.
* Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
* Coordinate with the customer support and marketing teams when required.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
* 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
* Good persuasion and customer handling skills.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience in the gaming, entertainment, or online services industry.
* Fluency in Hindi English tamil talgu malayalam and local languages.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
