Job Vacancy: Sales & Business Development Executive – Pet Boarding Facility
*Location:* Al quoz Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a *dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive* to join our growing pet boarding facility. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of the pet boarding industry and a passion for building strong customer relationships while driving business growth.
Salary
*AED 2,500 per month + Attractive Commission*
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase pet boarding bookings and revenue.
* Identify and acquire new clients, including pet owners, veterinary clinics, pet shops, breeders, and corporate partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Promote the company's pet boarding, daycare, grooming, transportation, and other pet care services.
* Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow up on customer inquiries.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Prepare sales reports and maintain an updated customer database.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
* Represent the company at pet-related events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in *sales or business development within the pet boarding, pet daycare, veterinary, pet grooming, or pet care industry*.
* Strong knowledge of pet boarding services and pet care operations.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
