Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain integrated three-statement financial models.
• Develop DCF, LBO, operating, project finance, and waterfall models from scratch.
• Prepare scenario, sensitivity, and valuation analyses.
• Support investment screening, due diligence, and transaction analysis.
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentation materials.
• Explain financial models, assumptions, methodologies, and outputs during model development.
• Review existing models and recommend best practices.
• Conduct market research, comparable company analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Transaction
Advisory, Valuations, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Project Finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to build from scratch: three-statement models, DCF, LBO, operating models, waterfall
models, project finance models, debt schedules, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on live M&A; or investment transactions.
• Ability to clearly explain financial models and valuation methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working under a confidentiality agreement.
