We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BUILDING MATERIALS sales, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals and research.
•Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
•Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
•Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
•Proven experience in sales or a similar role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong negotiation and closing skills.

•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
