Key Responsibilities
*Sales & Business Development*
Identify and develop new trade customers (electrical traders, lighting retailers, contractors).
Promote and sell LED lighting products to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and product presentations.
Generate project leads and coordinate with internal teams for quotations.
*Account Management*
Maintain strong relationships with existing trade clients.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Monitor customer performance and reorder cycles.
*Market Intelligence*
Track competitor pricing, product trends, and market demand.
Provide feedback to management regarding product improvements and opportunities.
*Reporting*
Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales forecasts.
Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Electrical Engineering preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in LED lighting or electrical trade sales (UAE market preferred).
Strong knowledge of LED lighting products and applications.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Good negotiation and communication skills.
