Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Male Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Parking Car Wash Business. The ideal candidate must have long-term experience in related field, with strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for parking car wash operations across malls, commercial buildings, residential communities, and corporate locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property management companies.
Conduct market research to identify potential locations, competitors, and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve company sales targets and expansion goals.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service implementation at new locations.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and regular business reports.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the car wash, parking management, automotive service, or facility management industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close deals independently.
Strong network with malls, residential communities, commercial properties, hotels, and property management companies in the UAE.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
