About the Role
A leading cold storage facility operating within Sharjah seaport is looking for a motivated and commercially sharp Business Development Executive to join its growing team. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle from generating new leads to retaining key accounts with a focus on importers, exporters, FMCG distributors and fresh produce traders.

What You Will Be Doing
You will identify and win new business while managing an active portfolio of key accounts across food, fresh produce, pharma and FMCG sectors. You will negotiate and close cold storage leasing agreements covering both short-term and long-term pallet and chamber contracts. Building strong working relationships with shipping agents, freight forwarders, customs brokers and port operators will be central to your role. You will work closely with the operations team to make sure clients receive the service levels they were promised. Staying on top of competitor pricing and market movements will help you keep the company’s commercial offer sharp. You will also prepare client proposals, leasing agreements and presentations and report pipeline activity, revenue performance and account updates to management on a monthly basis.

What We Are Looking For
You should have 3 to 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience ideally within cold storage, logistics or port-related services. A track record of managing high-value accounts with annual revenues of AED 500K or above is preferred. You need a solid working knowledge of cold chain operations including temperature zones, pallet storage, blast freezing and cargo handling. Familiarity with the UAE port ecosystem, customs procedures and cargo documentation is important. Strong negotiation skills, good commercial judgment and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office are expected. A UAE driving license is necessary.
