We are currently looking for ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client financial goals and introduce suitable trading and financial solutions
• Explain company services professionally and confidently
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into active business
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Stay updated with financial market trends and company offerings
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales performance and business growth

Requirements
• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Forex, Financial Services, or Tele Sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Confidence in client handling and relationship building
