Job Details
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the UAE. Candidates with prior experience in the Software, IoT, AIoT, SaaS, CCTV or Technology Industry will be highly preferred.
The ideal candidate should have strong business development and team management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in software, telecom, IoT, and technology sectors
• Acquire new clients and manage end-to-end business development activities
• Promote software solutions, IoT products, AIoT products, and related services
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
• Develop and maintain a strong Business Development team
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in business development or sales within Software, IoT, SaaS, CCTV or Technology Industry
• Excellent command over English language
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong networking and relationship management skills
• UAE driving license
