We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Civil Sales Engineer to spearhead the commercial growth of our specialized construction chemicals and waterproofing product lines. In this role, you will be the primary technical and commercial bridge between our manufacturing capabilities and the market, tasked with driving product specification and sales across the UAE. You will actively engage with building owners, facilities management (FM) companies, and main contractors to secure vendor approvals and close high-value deals for building envelope solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Market, promote, and sell a comprehensive range of construction chemicals, focusing on polyurethane membranes, acrylic roof coatings, EPDM membranes, anti-corrosion primers, and injection resins.
• Actively pitch flagship systems (including anti-efflorescence prime coats and heavy-duty roof waterproofing systems) directly to building owners, FM companies, and civil contractors for new builds and maintenance projects.
• Secure vital vendor approvals and product specifications by preparing highly accurate technical submittals backed by Quality Control reports and international testing standards (ASTM and BS )
• Conduct site visits and technical evaluations to recommend the optimal waterproofing systems and ensure correct application guidelines are followed by contractors.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively prospecting for upcoming tenders, tracking daily sales metrics, and generating financial/commercial reports.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close sales, and ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record in B2B technical sales within the UAE construction chemicals and waterproofing sector.
• Established network of active contacts among local FM companies, real estate developers, and civil contractors.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to interpret Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and explain complex chemical applications to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
