Job Details

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction industry.
Source project leads from developers, main contractors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor upcoming and ongoing construction projects and identify potential business opportunities.
Arrange client meetings, networking activities, and business development visits.
Develop and maintain a strong database of prospective clients and project leads.

2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and submitted offers.
Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and commercial submissions.
Negotiate with clients and support the conversion of leads into confirmed projects.

3. Payment Follow-Up & Receivables Coordination
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
Coordinate with the accounts and project teams to track payment status.
Maintain an updated record of receivables, payment commitments, and follow-up actions.
Communicate professionally with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related issues.

4. Reporting & Business Development Activities
Prepare regular reports on new leads, client meetings, project opportunities, quotations, and sales pipeline.
Track competitor activities and market developments.
Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
Achieve agreed business development targets and contribute to the company's growth.
