Job Details

We are a Dubai-based interior design and turnkey furnishing company providing complete furnishing solutions for apartments, holiday homes, townhouses, and villas.

We are looking for a confident and proactive Part-Time Sales Consultant to handle incoming leads, attend client/site meetings, understand requirements, present our furnishing solutions, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to new enquiries and potential clients
* Qualify leads based on property, budget, scope, and timeline
* Contact and follow up with leads by phone, WhatsApp, and email
* Arrange and attend client meetings
* Visit client properties/sites across Dubai
* Understand furnishing and interior-design requirements
* Present Aziza Home packages and services professionally
* Coordinate client requirements with the design team
* Follow up on proposals and quotations
* Handle objections and support negotiations
* Follow up consistently until the lead is closed or lost
* Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records
* Support contract signing and deposit collection
* Build strong relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and partners

Requirements

* Previous sales or business development experience preferred
* Experience in real estate, interior design, furniture, holiday homes, or related industries is an advantage
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Professional English required
* French, German, or Russian is a strong advantage
* Strong follow-up discipline
* Professional appearance and confidence meeting clients face-to-face
* Comfortable working independently
* Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
* Own car is required, as regular site visits and client meetings are part of the role
