Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads for financial and real estate products.
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email and online channels.
Understand initial customer requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients and nurture leads.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the company's CRM system.
Track lead status, follow-ups, appointments and conversions.
Work closely with sales consultants to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Meet agreed daily/weekly activity and lead-generation targets.
Suggest new lead sources, campaigns and strategies to improve lead generation.
Ideal Candidate
UAE residency required; candidates on their own visa are preferred.
Previous banking or financial services experience is an advantage.
Experience in telesales, telecalling, lead generation, customer acquisition or real estate is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up with prospects.
Target-driven, organized and proactive.
Able to work independently while contributing to a growing team.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
