Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team for the launch of our new restaurant project in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining excellent service, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, juices, soft drinks, coffee, and other beverages as required.
• Have a good knowledge of beverage ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
• Take beverage orders accurately and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Make appropriate beverage recommendations to guests.
• Maintain the bar area, equipment, and workstations in a clean and organized condition.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently and presented to a high standard.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with daily bar inventory.
• Follow proper stock rotation and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
• Maintain professional grooming and a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Japanese or Asian F&B operations is required.
• Previous experience as a Bartender or similar position.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and bar service.
• Good understanding of Japanese/Asian beverages and ingredients is an advantage.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of bar hygiene, cleanliness, and safe beverage handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
