Job Details
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Kitchen Cleaner to join our busy kitchen team in Dubai. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation in our kitchen and back-of-house areas, supporting the smooth running of daily operations.Key Responsibilities
Wash, sanitise, and store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, workstations, and storage areas
Maintain cleanliness of walk-in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage
Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling correctly and empty bins regularly
Assist with basic kitchen support tasks (e.g. unpacking deliveries, simple vegetable prep) when required
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards (including HACCP principles)
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
Perform deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled
