Hiring: Café General Manager – Operations & Business Development
Location: Ajman, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Based on experience
We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and business-minded Café General Manager to independently manage all aspects of our café, improve operations, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for daily café operations.
* Manage staff, schedules, training, and performance.
* Monitor sales, expenses, profits, and financial reports.
* Handle inventory, purchasing, and supplier management.
* Develop new ideas, products, and promotions.
* Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
* Maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
* Solve operational issues independently.
* Provide regular performance reports to the owner.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of café or F&B management experience.
* Strong leadership, financial, and organizational skills.
* Proven experience in increasing sales and controlling costs.
* Proactive, creative, reliable, and results-driven.
* Ability to manage the entire café independently with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, makes decisions, and treats the café’s success as their own responsibility.
