تعلن شركة متخصصة في خدمات الكاترينج والضيافة عن حاجتها إلى تعيين موظف مختص بالمناقصات والعطاءات الغذائية (Food Catering Tenders Specialist)، لديه خبرة في متابعة وإدارة المناقصات الحكومية والخاصة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

- البحث عن المناقصات والعطاءات المتعلقة بخدمات الكاترينج والوجبات الغذائية.
- متابعة منصات المناقصات الحكومية والخاصة والتسجيل فيها.
- إعداد وتجهيز ملفات المناقصات والعروض الفنية والمالية.
- دراسة شروط المناقصات وتجهيز الوثائق المطلوبة.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية والشركات والعملاء ومتابعة المواعيد النهائية للتقديم.
- متابعة الكفالات البنكية وكفالات حسن التنفيذ بالتنسيق مع البنوك.
- متابعة العطاءات المقدمة حتى إعلان النتائج والترسية.

المتطلبات:

- خبرة سابقة في المناقصات والعطاءات الغذائية أو خدمات الكاترينج داخل الإمارات.
- معرفة جيدة بمنصات المناقصات الحكومية والخاصة وإجراءات التقديم.
- مهارات ممتازة في إعداد العروض الفنية والمالية والمراسلات الرسمية.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية واستخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
- القدرة على التنظيم والمتابعة والالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة.

Job Vacancy – Food Catering Tenders Specialist

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

A catering and hospitality company is looking for an experienced Food Catering Tenders Specialist to manage and coordinate food service tenders and bidding opportunities across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and monitor government and private tenders related to catering and food services.
- Register and maintain company profiles on relevant tender portals.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals.
- Review tender requirements and prepare all necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with government entities, private companies, and clients.
- Follow up on bank guarantees and performance bonds in coordination with banks.
- Monitor submitted bids, deadlines, results, and contract awards.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in food catering tenders or food service contracts in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE government and private tendering procedures.
- Strong skills in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
