Job Details

A leading restaurant is looking for friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused Restaurant Staff to support daily restaurant operations. The successful candidates will assist customers, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
Clear and reset tables promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service areas, and equipment.
Assist with food preparation and other basic restaurant duties when required.
Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Support the team during busy periods and maintain efficient service.
Check that tables, utensils, menus, and service areas are properly prepared.
Follow instructions from supervisors and restaurant management.
Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as required.
Requirements
High school education is preferred.
Previous restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality experience is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
