Job Details
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of an F&B or retail outlet and ensure consistent service, presentation, and performance. Reporting to the Outlet Manager or F&B Manager, the successful candidate will lead the team on shift, maintain operational standards, and act as the first point of decision-making for anything that arises during trading hours.
The core of the role is shift leadership. The Outlet Supervisor opens or closes the outlet according to checklist, briefs staff at the start of each shift on expected volume, promotions, stock changes, and any specific priorities for the day, and remains present on the floor throughout service to monitor pace, quality, and standards. During busy periods, the supervisor works alongside the team directly rather than only observing, stepping in wherever the operation needs support.
