Job Details
A well-established hospitality organization is looking for Waiters and Waitresses to join its service team. This opportunity is open to freshers and experienced candidates who are friendly, presentable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu selection.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve meals and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
Respond politely to guest requests and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain clean and well-organized dining and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Check guest satisfaction and address basic service concerns.
Follow hygiene, food-safety, and workplace procedures.
Assist with table preparation and clearing when required.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English communication is preferred.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
