Location: Masdar City- Abu Dhabi
Position: Full-Time Barista
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our unique cycling café, a destination for cyclists, coffee lovers, and the local community. If you are passionate about great coffee, excellent customer service, and enjoy being part of an active lifestyle environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Barista experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages
Experience operating commercial coffee equipment
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
Good English communication skills
Interest in cycling and fitness culture is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
Deliver exceptional customer service to cyclists, riders, and café guests
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café and coffee station
Assist with stock control and daily café operations
Help create a welcoming community atmosphere for customers
