What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities and build your own client portfolio.
Advise local and international clients on Dubai's premium residential and investment properties.
Conduct property consultations, presentations, and viewings.
Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and business partners.
Attend developer launches, networking events, exhibitions, and exclusive property showcases.
Stay informed about the latest market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate and close property transactions professionally.
Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Represent the SAVAX brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Content Creation & Brand Representation

At SAVAX, we believe every consultant is also a brand ambassador.

As part of your role, you'll be expected to:

Appear in professional videos and social media content.
Visit developer showrooms and create engaging property walkthroughs.
Create content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Participate in company marketing campaigns, interviews, podcasts, and promotional events.
Represent the SAVAX brand professionally both online and offline.
Build your own personal brand while growing with SAVAX.

No previous content creation experience is required—we'll provide training and support. However, confidence on camera and a willingness to build your personal brand are highly valued.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious individuals with the right attitude and a passion for success.

Essential Skills
Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English (additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence when meeting clients and presenting properties.
Comfortable appearing in videos and creating social media content.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
UAE Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).
RERA Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
