Managing Director – Real Estate Brokerage
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Local Family is seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead the next phase of growth for its real estate brokerage business.
This is a unique opportunity for a proven industry leader to oversee the company's day-to-day brokerage operations, build and inspire a high-performing team, and drive sustainable business growth. Working closely with the company's ownership, the successful candidate will execute strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence, exceptional client service, and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee all brokerage operations, including sales, leasing, and business development.
2. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of real estate professionals.
3. Develop and strengthen relationships with developers, investors, landlords, and strategic partners.
4. Implement effective operational processes, performance metrics, and reporting systems.
5. Execute the company's strategic business plan while identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities.
6. Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.
7. Ensure full compliance with all applicable UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
8. Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and overall business performance.
Ideal Candidate
1. Minimum of 10 years' successful experience in Dubai's real estate market.
2. Demonstrated leadership experience managing brokerage operations and large sales teams.
3. Well-established network within the UAE real estate industry.
4. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering business growth.
5. Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
6. High level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership presence.
7. Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable business results.
8. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
