Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Understand clients' needs and match them with suitable properties.
Conduct property viewings and presentations.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
Negotiate offers and rental agreements.
Guide clients through the entire sales or leasing process until closing.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, or Customer Service.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Strong English communication skills
Russian Language is a plus
