Job Details
1.Provide prompt and professional support to tenants with queries related to tenancy renewal, maintenance, parking, contracts, cheques, and other property services.
2.Respond to tenant and property owner queries regarding parking, maintenance, renewals, and other issues, ensuring timely and professional communication
3.Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on behalf of the Property Manager.
4.Assist in the preparation and review of lease agreements and all relevant documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records of property details, tenant information, lease agreements, and renewals across all trackers.
6.Prepare checklists for property inspections, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
• Required UAE driving License.
• Experience in an administrative role, ideally within property management or real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word,) and database management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience handling tenant enquiries and property documentation
