About the Role:
A well-established real estate company is looking for a confident, motivated, and professional Telesales Executive to join its team.
The selected candidate will contact property owners and prospective clients, introduce the company’s real estate services, identify potential opportunities, and arrange qualified appointments for the sales and leasing consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact property owners and prospective clients.
• Introduce the company’s sales, leasing, and property management services.
• Understand client requirements and identify genuine property opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and interested clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client responses, and follow-up activities.
• Update lead information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Handle client objections politely and professionally.
• Represent the company with confidence, integrity, and respect.
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call centres, customer service, or telephone sales.
• Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Confident, polite, patient, and professional telephone manner.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Persistent and results-oriented without being aggressive.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, reliable, and punctual.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance-based objectives.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
