Key Responsibilities:
· Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings (apartments, villas, commercial real estate), effectively presenting features and addressing client inquiries.
· Client Advisory: Understand client needs and preferences to identify the most suitable properties that match their budget and requirements.
· Market Analysis: Monitor new listings, analyze pricing strategies, market trends, and growth potential across Dubai's key districts.
· Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports (viewing summaries, closed deals) and market analytical reviews.
· Deal Support: Collaborate closely with our in-house legal team to ensure smooth and compliant transaction processing from start to finish.
· Client Acquisition: Leverage the company's existing client database while actively prospecting new clients through various communication channels.
· CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all clients, contacts, deals, and tasks in the CRM system (AMO), ensuring data is always up-to-date.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in the real estate sector.
· In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market, its unique characteristics, and current pricing dynamics.
· Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· High level of self-discipline, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
· Fluent English (both written and spoken).
· Russian language proficiency is a must.
· Tech-savvy with strong PC skills; experience with CRM systems (AMO is a plus).
