Job Details
We are hiring experienced and dynamic Real Estate Agents to expand our growing sales team. We offer one of the best commission structures in the market along with full support, listings, and marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
• List, market, and close property sales and rental transactions
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Maintain an active pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments
• Register transactions on DLD portals and manage documentation
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Requirements
• RERA certification (mandatory for Dubai transactions)
• Minimum 1–2 years UAE real estate experience preferred
• Strong network of clients, investors, or high-net-worth individuals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Property Finder, Bayut)
What We Offer
• Base salary AED 6,000 + uncapped commission (up to 70%)
