About the Role:

Huaxin Real Estate is expanding its International Secondary & Off-Plan Sales Team and is looking for motivated, results-driven Real Estate Agents who are passionate about Dubai's dynamic property market.
If you have a proven track record in Dubai's secondary or off-plan property market and enjoy building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you. Fresh graduates and candidates with a strong sales mindset are also encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle property sales and leasing transactions in Dubai's secondary & Off Plan market.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide expert market advice.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
- Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.

Experience in one or more of the following communities is highly preferred;
- Downtown Dubai
- Business Bay
- Dubai Creek Harbour
- Dubai Hills Estate
- Dubai Marina
- Palm Jumeirah
- Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC)
- Dubai South

- Dubai Harbour
- Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City)

- Bluewaters Island
- Emirates Hills

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate (Secondary Market preferred).
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market.
- Fluent English is required. Additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
