Lifer Realty Co is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Market Analyst to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
📌Key Responsibilities
✅Analyze market data from Property Finder, Bayut, DLD, market reports, and company sales records
Conduct area analysis and study property prices, rental trends, demand & supply
✅Research upcoming developments and competitor projects
✅Identify good investment opportunities, ROI potential, and risk levels
✅Prepare market insights, promotional details, and reports for the sales team
✅Support business decisions through accurate data analysis and market research
📌Requirements
✅1–3 years of experience in real estate market analysis or a similar role
✅Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market trends
✅Good analytical and research skills
Knowledge of ROI calculations and investment analysis
✅Proficiency in:
Microsoft Excel
CRM systems
Google Sheets
Strong communication and presentation skills
