Real Estate Agent & Content Creator — Female Candidates Only | Dubai | All Nationalities | Salary + Commission
One Thousand Estates Properties LLC is hiring ambitious, camera-confident women to join a high-performance real estate team in Dubai. We are not looking for a traditional agent. We are looking for a woman who sells property, creates content, builds her personal brand, and is serious about earning real money in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets.
About Us. One Thousand Estates is a fast-growing Dubai real estate company built on a content-driven sales model. Our agents do not wait for leads. They create content, build audiences, and close high-value deals. We provide the full infrastructure — videographer, branding support, visa, and training. You bring the ambition, the consistency, and the drive to grow.
Two Levels. One Clear Path. Every agent joins at Basic and earns her way to Golden through performance and results. Basic Agent receives AED 3,500 fixed salary plus 35% commission. Golden Agent receives AED 5,000 fixed salary plus up to 50% commission. Your move from Basic to Golden is decided entirely by your output, your content consistency, and your sales results. There is no waiting, no politics, and no ceiling on what you can earn.
What the Company Provides. Full UAE employment visa sponsored by the company. Dedicated professional videographer assigned specifically to your content production. Premium company mobile number. Your Role. This role has two equally important responsibilities. First, you will close property sales and rental transactions across Dubai. Second, and this is non-negotiable, you will produce 25 to 35 high-quality videos every single month. These videos are your most powerful sales tool. You will film property tours, market updates, lifestyle content, and personal brand content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. A dedicated company videographer will support your shoots. However, the consistency, the ideas, the energy, and the presence on camera must come from you every day. You will also generate your own leads through content, manage your pipeline through CRM, conduct property viewings, and represent One Thousand Estates professionally in the field.
Content Creation Is Not Optional. We want to be completely clear about this. Video content is a core part of this job, not an extra task. If you are not comfortable appearing on camera, if you are not willing to film regularly, or if content creation does not excite you — this role is not the right fit. The agents who succeed here are the ones who treat their camera and their social media with the same seriousness as their sales targets.
Who We Are Looking For. Female candidates only. All nationalities are welcome. Every language is a direct advantage in the Dubai market — Arabic, English, Russian, Farsi, French, Hindi, Turkish, Mandarin, or any other language you speak fluently will accelerate your growth significantly. You are confident, well-presented, and completely natural on camera. You are active on social media with real content and genuine engagement. You are self-motivated, target-driven, and perform best in a results-oriented environment. You can handle pressure and deliver consistently without being managed. A valid UAE driving licence and your own vehicle are strongly preferred as this is a field-based role across Dubai.
