looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to support the sales of our real estate projects, generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through direct outreach, brokers, referrals, campaigns, and exhibitions.
Present available properties, launches, payment plans, and project benefits to clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
Match client needs with suitable inventory and investment opportunities.
Prepare sales offers, reservation forms, and related documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HNWIs, corporate clients, and brokers.
Update CRM and manage the full lead-to-sale process.
Handle client inquiries regarding prices, availability, amenities, and payment terms.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
