Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to join our on-site team in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing real estate. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, guiding them through the transaction process, providing market insights, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will be expected to uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications

Possess a valid Real Estate License.
Experience and proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
Strong Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for property listing and communicating
